Chocolate Corn Flake Cake
¾ Cup Crushed
Corn Flakes
2 ¼ Cups Flour
⅓ Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tblsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1½ Cups Sugar
1½ Cups Mayonaise
1½ Cups Water
1½ tsp Vanilla
Mix Together Crushed Corn-Flakes Cereal, Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. In a large seperate bowl, beat together Sugar and Mayonaise. Add dry ingredients and stir. Add Water and Vanilla and stir again until well combined. Pour mixture into a greased 13 by 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degress for about 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes clean after inserting in center. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Makes about a dozen.
